By downloading, installing, or using the Biological Age: BioAge Finder mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately delete and do not use the App.

🛑 STRICT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY EXCLUSION: THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GENERATE, HANDLE, OR RECOGNIZE REAL MEDICAL HEALTH DATA. It is strictly an informational and lifestyle entertainment software. The calculations for Biological Age, Overall Wellness, Body Battery, and Stress Level are purely non-diagnostic estimations. This App is NOT cleared by any medical authority (such as FDA or CE) as a diagnostic device. Do NOT make any life, dietary, or fitness modifications based solely on the data shown inside this App. Always consult a real, qualified medical practitioner for health advice.

1. Eligibility and User Acknowledgement

By using the App, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You fully acknowledge that the biological age scores and wellness metrics are calculated using non-medical sensors (such as your phone's camera lens) and can fluctuate highly based on lighting conditions, lens cleanness, skin contact, or minor movements. The data is simulated and should be treated purely as an approximate lifestyle reference.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, source code, design layouts, algorithms, logos, graphics, and UI elements contained within the App are the exclusive property of Biological Age: BioAge Finder and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App's algorithms.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Exploit or modify the App to bypass any subscription gates or digital rights management frameworks.
Represent the data inside this App to any third party as legitimate, validated clinical or medical diagnoses.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium tiers, subscription models, or one-time features:

Billing: All payments are processed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). Terms of purchase, recurring billing, and tax applications are subject to the store's respective terms.
Cancellations and Refunds: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple or Google.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE BIOLOGICAL AGE ESTIMATIONS, HRV SCORES, OR WELLNESS METRICS ARE CLINICALLY ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR CONSTANTLY AVAILABLE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION OR MISINTERPRETATION OF THE SIMULATED METRICS AS REAL MEDICAL DATA.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international standards and local commercial laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
